Mr. James’s practice is solely focused on fighting for justice and protecting the rights of those who need it most – in Criminal, Family or Civil Court.
James Lenihan fights for his clients in variety of cases that range from personal injury lawsuits, DWI criminal cases, divorce settlements, immigration status issues, civil disputes, contract/commercial litigation and much more in both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. James Lenihan opened his firm with the goal of doing all he could, even as a solo attorney, for his clients. Mr. James Lenihan initially focused on Criminal Defense in Santa Clara County, but his cases have taken him to other Bay Area Counties as well. In representing clients accused of crimes, Mr. James Lenihan saw that his clients also needed his help when they were wronged by the Police or Jail Guards. Mr. James Lenihan saw that his clients needed help not only in Criminal Court – but also when dealing with domestic violence issues or trying to keep custody of their children in Family Court. To help his clients, Mr. James Lenihan has expanded his practice to those areas as well.
